Conference of the Charity Priests of the Archdiocese of Bucharest

The Social-Philanthropic and Missionary Sector of the Archdiocese of Bucharest and the Faculty of Orthodox Theology „Justinian Patriarch” of the University of Bucharest will carry out during Lent the project „Theology, science for the benefit of serving others” during Lent—a series of sincere and open dialogues between charity priests and the academic community of Orthodox theology.

The meeting will begin with the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts, followed by dialogues in the form of lectures, each complemented by a question-and-answer session addressed by charity priests to guests from the academic community.

On March 12, we will host the members of the Pastoral Circle of Charity Priests from Sector 2 of the Bucharest, along with guests Fr. Asst. Univ. Dr. Mihail Grobnicu, who will give a short presentation entitled „On Patience in the Christian Family,” and Fr. Conf. Dr. Marian Vild, who will give a lecture entitled „Ministry and Fatherhood: The Biblical Portrait of the Clergyman’s Family.”

We look forward to seeing you at the Chapel of the Saint Tecla Foundation, in a warm and welcoming setting!
