Holy Liturgy – Descent of the Holy Spirit (Pentecost)

On this day, we celebrate the Descent of the Holy Spirit (Pentecost or Rusalii), Saint Haralambos the Martyr, Saint Hermas the Martyr, Saint Eusebius the Martyr, and Saint Hermas the Apostle.

Pentecost, the feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, marks the moment when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Holy Apostles, granting them power, wisdom, and courage to proclaim the Gospel of Christ to the world. Considered the birthday of the Christian Church, this great feast reminds us of God’s love and work in people’s lives, calling us to faith, unity, and spiritual renewal.

We warmly welcome you to the Chapel of the Saint Thecla Foundation, in a warm and welcoming setting!
