Spiritual Conference with the Pastoral Circle of Charity Priests from Prahova County

The Social, Philanthropic, and Missionary Sector is organizing a meeting of the Pastoral Circle of Charity Priests in Prahova County on Tuesday, March 31, which will take place at the Church of “St. John the Baptist, the Prophet and Forerunner” in the Fabrica de Glucoză area.

During the meeting, beginning at 11:30 a.m., Rev. Prof. Dr. Alexandru Barna will deliver a lecture titled “The Metamorphoses of Sin and Guilt in Contemporary Pastoral Care,” a topic that invites reflection on current pastoral challenges and how contemporary realities influence the understanding of sin and guilt in spiritual life.

Following this, the meeting will include a question-and-answer session lasting approximately 30 minutes, offering participants the opportunity for an open dialogue on the presented topic and their pastoral experiences in working with social beneficiaries.

The event is part of a series of pastoral meetings dedicated to charity priests, aimed at supporting, providing ongoing training, and strengthening collaboration in the Church’s social, philanthropic, and pastoral mission.
